Refund policy

My order was missing something or a figure has damaged parts. Help!
Our packaging is meant to protect the toy and we do our best to ship all items as safely as possible. But accidents happen, and if your product arrives damaged we are happy to remedy any problems with the toy itself. Please understand that we cannot replace cards or boxes that were damaged during shipping. We can replace damaged, missing, figures or parts within 30 days of purchase with a valid order number.

If I don’t love my toy, can I return it?
We’re happy to accept undamaged, unopened returns within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We cannot accept opened items unless they are defective. Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.

I pre-ordered a product that I no longer want. Can I cancel my order before it arrives?
When you pre-order products you receive a discounted price. Your pre-order also helps us manage production numbers and costs, and is important to this process. For this reason, there is a 10% fee for canceled pre-orders.

My address has changed. How do I change it in your system?
To change your address, log into your Boss Fight Studio account and update your contact information. This will ensure we have your new address for future orders. If you have outstanding orders and must change your address immediately, please email us with your order number and address change at help@bossfightstudio.com.

My package was lost during shipping.
Once products leave our warehouse the shipping company becomes responsible for delivery, and you will need to contact that company for more information about your package. We are not able to replace items lost in transit or stolen from their delivery location. We suggest using Priority Shipping which provides $50 of insurance per package. If you are concerned about a package being stolen, you can request that a signature is required for delivery by emailing help@bossfightstudio.com.

According to my tracking number, my package hasn’t moved.
It can take up to 3 business days for your package to leave our warehouse. During this time your tracking information will not change, so please check back. If your tracking number is not working after 3 days, please contact your delivery carrier for help tracking your package. We are not involved in the tracking process and will not be able to provide this information.
