Shipping policy
Most items ship within 5 business days. During high sales times and promotions, it may take up to 1 week to ship your order.
Preorders ship as quickly as possible when items arrive, but it may take up to a week to get through all preorder items.
Items purchases in the same order as a preorder item will not ship until all preorder items are available for shipment.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally. When you build your cart, shipping will be estimated for the item(s) and the shipping method you select. We suggest that you select a shipping method with tracking and insurance for any international items as we cannot control delivery once it leaves our warehouse. We are seeing delays in international shipping right now due to the pandemic. Additionally, because of these delays, we cannot re-ship any international packages until they are officially declared “lost” by the carrier. We have no control over your package’s care once it has left our warehouse. If your package is damaged in shipping, please contact your local carrier service to file a claim. Most packages shipped from our warehouse are insured up to $100 but require a claim to be filed to recover damages. We cannot replace or refund items damaged due to the treatment of the package while in the possession of the carrier.
Do you ship to the UK?
Yes, however right now we are waiting on our new VAT number. With Brexit, the rules changed for incoming business shipments. We have been in the queue since the rules were announced and are hopeful that we’ll get our VAT number soon and can begin shipping again! In the meantime, any UK orders placed are packed and placed off to the side in our warehouse until we can ship them. Any pre-ordered items placed prior to January 1st are supposed to be grandfathered in without VAT taxes. Any orders placed after January 1st will be subject to 20% VAT tax and you will be responsible for this amount upon arrival. We cannot refund any orders that are abandoned due to VAT taxes.
What about International Customs?
We are not responsible for customs - these are set by each country and vary depending on the shipping method you select. We are seeing increased fees with UPS Internationally and we suggest you select a different shipping method if you are worried about customs fees. We cannot refund any orders that are abandoned due to VAT taxes or Customs Fees.
What about Canadian Customs?
Orders shipped to Canada that exceed $20 USD may be subject to import duties, fees, taxes, and additional charges. The recipient may be required to pay applicable fees in order for the package to clear customs. Once your package reaches customs in Canada, it is handled by Canada Post. We cannot refund any orders that are abandoned due to VAT taxes or Customs Fees.
